Even short workouts are better when your head is in the game.

Increased energy and endurance

Together, caffeine and rhodiola help to increase immediate energy and sustain endurance. While the exact mechanism behind why caffeine supports performance is under debate, caffeine is widely accepted for its ability to increase endurance.[1] Traditionally the herb rhodiola has been used to enhance physical endurance by increasing time to fatigue.[2] Each serving of Vega Sport Sugar-Free Energizer contains 100mg of caffeine (from green tea and yerba maté) as well as 100mg of rhodiola.

Enhanced mental focus

To get you in the zone mentally, the combination of L-theanine and caffeine from green tea provides focus without the jitters.[3]  With your head in the game you’ll be able to push your body even further.

Proactive performance

Instead of just fueling today’s workout, look at the big picture. Vega Sport Sugar-Free Energizer helps to fuel long-term success. Devil’s claw is added for joint support.[4] Turmeric —which includes the active compound curcumin—is used in traditional herbal medicine to help reduce inflammation.[5] Panax Ginseng is used in herbal medicine to help enhance physical capacity and performance for the long run.[6]
